Conditions such as non specific lower back pain, Osgood Schlatters Disease, Calf Strain, Plantar Fasciitis and Frozen Shoulder to name a few.

I also hold qualification in Deep Tissue Massage - for all over general aches and pains.

If you have any questions about your specific condition please feel free to message me.

Oncology Massage

Oncology Massage is a safe and gentle form of massage specifically designed for people undergoing treatment or are in remission from treatment for cancer. Oncology Massage is a light gentle massage and very relaxing.

Oncology massage may help with pain, cancer-related fatigue, anxiety, and quality of life, and meets evidence-based guidelines for aiding in the relief of depression and mood disorders in people with breast cancer. Massage may also play a role in the prevention of neuropathic pain related to chemotherapy drugs.

Oncology Massage can be offered as an at home treatment. I will come to your house so you can relax in the comfort of your own home.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

This treatment is a slow, gently, and rhythmic treatment for the face and body which focuses directly on improving the flow of the Lymphatic System, by following the pathways of the Lymph vessels located throughout the body. I am trained in the Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, which takes it roots back to the early 1930’s.  This method aims to move lymphatic fluid from the body’s tissues and into the lymphatic vessels, soothing the body, calming the nervous system, and aiding in pain relief.

This treatment is may help with the following conditions:

  • Swelling/Edema and post surgical issues

  • Assistance with weight loss

  • Headaches/Migraines

  • Digestive problems

  • Fatigue

  • Aches and pains

  • Arthritis

  • Reducing stress
