Some great feedback from a personal training client. Consistency is definitely the key, both in the gym and in the kitchen. She works hard with me twice a week and then has programming to follow via my app on a couple of other days. Hopefully her trousers manage to stay up tomorrow at work! Good problem to have!?š¤š
