Lymphatic Drainage Massage or MLD is a gentle, highly specialized, non invasive form of massage aimed to improve the working of the lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage therapy consists of light, rhythmic, pumping hand movements to stretch the skin to stimulate the lymph vessels that lie just be
neath the skin under the epidermal layer. The aim of Lymphatic Drainage is to move the fluid away from the swollen areas to parts that are not affected to drain freely.
